Ozge Tuncel serves as Associate Partner at Corporate & Deal Advisory team at KP Law. She provides technical, commercial and legal advice with her expertise extending to all aspects of corporate matters and all forms of asset and share transactions for world’s leading companies.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Ozge has amassed a wealth of knowledge and experience over years in most complex public and private M&A transactions, de-mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate re-organizations and restructuring, carve outs, as well as general corporate matters. No matter the size, industry or stage in the corporate life cycle, she assisted numerous local and multinational companies in due diligence projects, risk assessments, structuring, documentations, permits and closings to make the best value out of deals. She regularly drafts and negotiates contracts ensuring her clients’ compliance under Corporate, Commercial and Competition Law.
She represents both buyer and seller sides across a variety of sectors with a particular expertise in finance and banking, insurance, industrial manufacturing, energy, textile and e-payment systems. She has hands on experience in regulated sectors, obtaining permits from public and governmental authorities including Competition Authority, The Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BRSA) and Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA).
Drawing upon her strong academic background with double degree in both Law and Economics, Ozge has the genuine business and finance acumen. She combines tax, finance, legal considerations and delivers to the point and pragmatic advice for the most complex and large projects to help deal makers achieve their business goals. She is also well known for her high level of commitment, accuracy and promptness.
Ozge was admitted to Istanbul Bar Association in 2011, served in multiple law firms in Turkey and has been working for KP Law since its establishment.
